DEYA Brewing Company was founded on a passion for outstanding beer and with the vision to create fresh, intense, delicious beers. Working with Tyndall Sustainability, Deya’s aim was to try to understand how and where they could reduce emissions without harming their top-quality product.
Brewing industry processes are complex but with a full cradle-to-grave analysis of Deya’s greenhouse gas emissions, inline with the GHG Protocol Corporate & Product Standards, Deya were able to clearly break down their emissions and understand which aspects could be reduced.
A series of mitigation strategies were presented to reduce Deya’s emissions and goals set to create manageable reduction targets for the year.
